LaRhonda James-Ogar is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Valejee Resources Limited. She brings more than 20 years of experience from the financial services industry to her role. In her position, she is responsible for managing corporate partnership agreements and overseeing the installation of business platform systems. A key part of her role involves managing multiple, concurrent projects that may be in various phases, from initial idea and planning to execution and final delivery.

Her extensive expertise covers the entire procure-to-pay cycle. This includes procurement of goods and services, strategic sourcing aimed at cost savings, and comprehensive contract management. Furthermore, Ms. James-Ogar’s responsibilities extend to managing vendor performance, fostering supplier relationships, and leading supplier diversity planning and outreach initiatives. She also ensures compliance management and provides ongoing support to procurement activities in the field.

As COO, Ms. James-Ogar also plays a crucial role in the financial operations of the company by leading processing activities between the Revenue, Accounting, and Customer Finance departments. Her multifaceted skill set in project management, procurement, and financial oversight makes her an integral part of the Valejee Resources Limited leadership team.
